Leave the Coxen Hole terminal and walk to the Lazy Parrot kiosk. Tell them your ship name.
Back on board, with time to spare
Lazy Parrot brings you back 90 minutes before your ship’s all-aboard time. That buffer is not negotiable, even when the water is perfect.
- Tell them your ship name: the crew checks the all-aboard time, not the sailing time.
- Nothing on the list runs longer than your port stop allows.
- If your ship does not dock, you pay nothing.
Find the kiosk
From the Port of Roatán terminal exit in Coxen Hole:
- 1Walk out of the terminal building and past the taxi line.
- 2Follow the main road toward town, keeping the water on your left.
- 3About five minutes on, look for the small deep-green wooden Lazy Parrot kiosk. You cannot miss the parrot.

Will I be back before my ship leaves?+
Yes. Lazy Parrot works from your ship’s all-aboard time and brings you back 90 minutes before it. Tell them your ship name and they plan around it.
How do I pay?+
Book online by card: the Book now button opens a secure Stripe page. You can also pay by card or US cash at the kiosk, a 5-minute walk from the Coxen Hole terminal.
Are kids welcome?+
Yes, on every tour. The iguana park and the island tour are the easiest for small children. Life vests in children’s sizes are on the boat.
What should I bring?+
Swimwear under your clothes, a towel, reef-safe sunscreen and your ship card. Snorkel and fishing gear is included. Bring a little cash for tips and drinks.
What if the weather is bad?+
If the captain cancels for weather you get a full refund the same day. Light rain or small waves do not cancel a tour; the reef keeps the water calm.
Which cruise port is this for?+
The kiosk is at the Port of Roatán in Coxen Hole. If your ship docks at Mahogany Bay, message Lazy Parrot on WhatsApp before you book.
Refunds and no-shows
- Full refund if Lazy Parrot cancels or your ship does not dock.
- No refund for no-shows after 30 minutes past the tour time.
- Weather calls are made by the captain. If the tour is cancelled, you are refunded in full the same day.
